Author and Keynote Speaker, W. Robb Robichaud, is a Vietnam Veteran and a former pilot who worked many years in the Middle East. His interest and expertise in terrorism was fueled by discussions with 100's of Muslims in the Arab countries. He has excellent knowledge of the Arabic culture, philosophy, religion, people and terrain.
Robb's extensive, 25 plus years of research on U.S. diplomatic relations, and terrorist groups in the Middle East, lead to his authoring the Executive Order 211 Trilogy, subtitled ... al Qaeda, Afghanistan, Falcon Agency and his most recent book, The Scorpio File. The topic is … terrorism … al Qaeda … and Usamah bin Laden … with an underlying message on the serious problems our government’s intelligence community has today.
He explains why al Qaeda is so hard to stop. “Al Qaeda is unlike most terrorist networks. It’s incorporates both top-down and bottom-up approaches for its organizational structure and operations vs. the standard pyramidal structure.
Another attack against the U.S. by al Qaeda is on the horizon and America is no better prepared to stop a terrorist attack, than we were on September 11, 2001. It's not a matter of ... if al Qaeda will strike ... but ... when … where … and … how … it will strike.”
