Billionaire, Dr. Daniel White and family purchase a 10,000-acre ranch in the Colorado Rocky Mountains to create a safe haven, learning center and an opportunity for teenage orphans. As the construction project commences, Daniel suffers the terrible loss of Susan, his wife of ten years and their two children Lance and Allison when a private jet he chartered to visit her family in Wisconsin, crashes on the return trip home to Colorado. His first thoughts are that al Qaeda is responsible. He and his associates have thwarted several revenge attempts on their lives, due to Daniel and his teams’ previous covert missions to Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq, which resulted in he and his partners assassinating several Iraq, Taliban and al Qaeda senior jihadist. Seven months after the catastrophe, newly inducted Speaker of the House gets word from a senior Senator that an ex-Director of a government intelligence agency has engineered a comprehensive, detailed planned solution to the situation the Executive branch created when America invaded Iraq. The Speaker invites the creator, Dr. Daniel White to a private meeting comprised of her, select Senators and Congressmen from both sides of the isle. Dr. White accepts the invitation and after his presentation, all agree that his plan is a fresh achievable development, not previously approached by elements of the administration, Congress or Senate. Members of the committee are familiar with Daniel’s reputation, close alliances with leaders in the Middle East, and unanimously concur, that in order for the plan to be successful, Dr. White has to be the person to spearhead it. His envoy destination is the United Arab Emirates, with brief stopovers to meet with the Prime Minister of Egypt and the King of Saudi Arabia. Both leaders agree to be part of a coalition comprised of major Muslim countries, including Iran and Iraq, and select European NATO members. The United States will not be a participant. An intricate piece of the plan is the exclusion of America. The arrogant persistence of the President and executive staff to admit to their mistakes, indifference to the thousands of deaths of American military and Iraqi civilians in the quagmire they created, has fueled the sectarian civil war between the Shi’a and Sunni in the war torn country. Once in the United Arab Emirates, Daniel is exposed to the world of servitude and sex slavery. Unbeknown to most of the civilized world, but well documented by the CIA, the United Arab Emirates is a destination country for young men, women, and children trafficked from South and East Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa, the Mediterranean and Middle East. An estimated 10,000 young men and women from these regions are subjected to conditions of perverted pedophile sexual acts and involuntary servitude. Daniel meets an American teenager kidnapped while on vacation in Israel during a suicide bomber attack. The child is smuggled into Yemen and auctioned off like cattle to members of Arab royalty. The humble billionaire rescues three young people, flies them to Switzerland and the U.S. Embassy places the American girl, who has no surviving relatives, in Daniel’s protective custody. The CIA secretly discloses to Daniel that al Qaeda is behind the kidnappings. The proceeds from the auctioned victims are funded to al Qaeda cells, designated by Usamah bin Laden’s and his leaders, by a Prince in the Emirates. Plans are put in place by Daniel and his mercenary associates, to covertly eliminate the despicable operation, using extreme prejudice. While on this mission, 9/11 occurs and the main character, Daniel White is the last person to see Usamah bin Laden alive. Book III, "Executive Order 211 Falcon Agency", the final novel of the trilogy and I saved the "Best for Last." Because of all the confusion and lack of cooperation in the intelligence community prior to the 9-11, the president firmly believes that if these agencies had shared all their information, the 9-11 attack would have been avoided. Under the authority of Title VII, Senate Bill 2834, which gives the president the unlimited power to create directives in the name of national security, the president empowers Falcon Agency as the overseer of all the United States intelligence branches. A false prophet emerges in the Middle East and unites select renegade Arab dictators in formulating a plan for the Islamic religion to become the world’s dominate power. Is he the anti-Christ? Saddam Hussein and the Prophet al Amin plan a terrorist attack against the United States using Iraq’s biological weapons of mass destruction. If successful, millions upon millions of Americans will be killed and the U.S. will be brought to its knees. "THE SCORPIO FILE" ...........NOW AVAILABLE Preface In 1996, a government liaison officer, who answered only to the President of the United States, walked into the White House oval office. His power and authority was second only to the Commander-in-Chief. He sat down and was joined by the president. The meeting was the highest of top secret meetings, and as far as government records were concerned, it never took place. International terrorism was on the rise. One organization of terrorists had stepped up their training campaign in remote areas of third world countries. The training consisted of military style exercises and those who exhibited excellence were sent to advance training in the field of terrorist infiltration and assassination. The top graduates of advanced schooling were considered the elite and assigned missions in selected countries that were considered the major powers on earth. The Arab leader of the organization was once a Saudi Arabia citizen. In the early 1990’s was stripped of his citizenship and was persona non grata in his birth country. He traveled to the Sudan and set up his terrorist organization. After being asked to leave the country, he relocated in Afghanistan where that country’s leadership welcomed him with open arms. Usamah bin Laden grew his terrorist group into a worldwide network terrorist organization called al Qaeda, which eventually became a name recognized throughout the world. Al Qaeda had been expanding its forces and network since early 1990’s and had success in assassinating and bombing government entities through out the world. No country’s facilities in foreign continents were immune to the possibility of being attacked. The president understood that unless something was done soon to counter al Qaeda and Usamah bin Laden, there would be no stopping the terrorist devastation. He had sent bills to Congress asking for additional funds to form a secret assassination squad to circumvent Executive Order 12333, Part 211, which banned any member of the government, including American military forces, from committing assassinations. Congress and the Senate continually voted down the bills. Frustrated with the situation, the president decided to take matters into his own hands. The Washington DC bureaucracy and red tape had reached the pinnacle of incompetence. A close friend who had spent years in the intelligence arena was also flustered with the situation. Each agency within America’s government who specialized in the gathering and the dissemination of intelligence had become an empire within itself. Egos of the top agency directors became over inflated with their agency’s abilities and each separate division considered themselves in competition with other agencies. The two major bureaus that wouldn’t share information were the CIA and FBI. The president decided that something had to be done, and soon. He had two meetings with the liaison officer, David Pauls and today was the last one before a final decision was to be made between these two powerful men. After an hour meeting, the decision was made to recruit a group of highly trained, ex-military civilians to secretly complete missions against al Qaeda. David Pauls had four individuals in mind. These men were all ex-Navy SEALS, extremely successful in civilian life and had no reason other than hating terrorism to accept the job. Over the next two years, the group, initially called the International Covert Enforcement Team, acronym I.C.E., was successful in operations in Europe, Asia and Africa. In 1998 I.C.E. had grown to five of the most dangerous assassins in the world. David Pauls was their control contact and assigned the missions. Funding for the assassins was set up through several dummy corporations all over the world and the ability to trace the executive in control of the funds, David Pauls, was virtually impossible. I.C.E. was dissolved in 2000 and given the new name Falcon after 9-11, which eventually became the government entity called Falcon Agency. The top executive members of Falcon were the original members of I.C.E. Daniel White, an ex-professional all-pro linebacker and successful multi-millionaire was the director and his two Assistant Directors were Merlin Miles (the Wizard or Wiz) and Raul Estavam. This threesome along with their Operations Coordinator, Kathy Starley, successfully united the CIA, FBI, NSA and Secret Service into one cooperating intelligence unit. Each individual agency maintained anonymity, but fully cooperated with every other agency. After 9-11, it was proved that all the different intelligence agencies had bits and pieces of information and if they had shared it with their “competitors”, the president firmly believed there was a strong possibility that the devastating attack could have been prevented. That is when Falcon Agency became the legal right hand organization of the president and only answered to the Commander-in-Chief. The government’s bureaucracy was circumvented. Falcon’s function was to gather all intelligence information and disseminate it to the other agencies. If the CIA, FBI, NSA or Secret Service discovered any intelligence that could affect the security and safety of the United States, they were to turn the information over to Falcon. For the first time since computer technology was incorporated into America’s government, all agencies were networked into one group and shared all intelligence with each other. Falcon Agency provided guidance to the whole operation and was the key instrumental factor in changing how the United States intelligence community functioned. In 2003, the unification proved successful. Falcon along with the FBI, CIA and NSA stopped a biological terrorist attack against the United States, one day before the spreading of the chemicals was to commence in major cities of America. In order to prevent hysteria amongst the citizens, the attempted attack was kept secret and would be for the next twenty years. The president signed an irrevocable Executive Order guarantying that the secret would not be released to the public. In the summer of 2004 evidence of an attack, that would be the most devastating atrocity ever in United States history, was discovered. The president asked Falcon Agency to investigate it and when Falcon was assigned a mission, it also included the unified forces of the CIA, FBI, NSA and Secret Service. Al Qaeda discovered that there is one time and place where the United States could be attacked by one individual, and if successful, America's government infrastructure would be totally destroyed. But if given opportunity, there are a few things I might change. Overall, its been an amazing educational journey and I pray that the future is a reflection of the past. In conversations with friends, family and business associates over the years, many have urged me to write a book about my observations, thoughts and beliefs. At first I laughed at the thought, but as time progressed and they continued to urge me, I realized that if I could help others by sharing my story, maybe I could make a difference and bring some enlightenment to other people. In 1998 I started writing a fictional book, which eventually turned into the Executive Order 211 trilogy. Many of those who read the novels understood the underlying themes and subliminal messages in the trilogy, which I have articulated in this book. The result is this story, “Knowing You – Mind, Body and Soul”. This novel has a message for everyone, from professional athletes to corporate executives, middle management, children and everyday people like you and me. The purpose of this novel is not just to motivate people, but to get each individual reader to look inside themselves and discover who they really are, or as I describe finding “YOU”. This message has changed my life, along with my family, many friends and associate’s lives.
